RAFW day four - part two

ksubi
still cant get used to the name change. but i think this collection shows how they have evolve into a real fashion brand instead of another tshirt and jeans brand.. this collection definitely has more substance. tsubi runway used to be all show and no clothes... but now i think it has both! i have a strange attraction to the neck warmers(?) !!!

RAFW day four - part one

Josh Goot
i thought he's showing in New York now?? or is he back down under?? os is he alternating?? whatever it is.. i think i'm getting tired of his work. There's so many other designer doing the same thing out there and sells their stuff for much lower price point. Plus, i still have that skirt from the first collection that still has the tag on...

Matthew Eager
er.. is he new?? anyway, never noticed him before... looks pretty good, although nothing particularly interesting..

Alice McCall
i'm sure the voguettes will be all over this collection with their preorders!! so will i... hehe

RAFW day three

Akira
what can i say... Akira Isogawa is a genius. He can do no wrong in my book.

Ginger & Smart
This could well be my most favourite collection this season!!

Fleur Wood
Still the lingerie inspired stuff... sexy.

Arabella Ramsey

Nicola Finetti
love love love loveee

RAFW day two - part two

Zimmermann
is it just me or does the collection seem really dull?

Jayson Brunsdon
one word: satin.

Tina Kalivas
Just when i'm about to give up on the season's collection... tina kalivas' collection showed some hope! she's still doing what she's been doing... colors and forms... a lot more wearable this season too.. which is a good thing. cute shoes too!

Zambesi
Still my most favourite kiwi designer. loved the simplicity. only zambesi can make me consider wearing star prints..

Stephanie Conley
err.... nothing special?

FrisoniFinetti
Nicola Finetti (who makes some really pretty pretty dresses) collaborated with Fernanco Frisoni, a Sydney-based stylist for this menswear collection. The result? i like! i won't mind if the boys in oxford and chapel st start trading their ksubi for this!

FashionASSASSIN
if you like dsquared type of stuff you'd probably like fashionASSASSIN. me? i hate it. nope.. i didnt even bother to look at it.

RAFW day two - part one

Kirrily Johnston
I've always loved her work for its simplicity. the use of neon colors just sold it for me! <3
note to self: check for singapre stokists

Bowie
Never heard of the label before, the rest of the collection doesn't appeal to me. But this look somehow seems interestingly put together.

LIFEwithBIRD
One of my favourites ever since the brand started anyway... the designers always make dresses that are edgy and tough looking, just the way i like my dresses to be. One of the designer behind this label is Alice McCall's sister (only relevant if you know who Alice McCall is, of course) who is also showing later in the festival.
